Master Your Body

What is an InBody scan? Above all, it’s a highly accurate way to show you what your body weight truly represents. For instance, when you step on a regular scale, it shows you how much you weigh, but it doesn’t tell you how much muscle or fat you have. In other words, it doesn’t provide you with a complete and accurate picture.

Everyone’s body composition is different. Two people of the same weight and sex might look entirely different because they have a different body composition (water, fat, bone, muscle).

How Does This Differ From a BMI Test?

This test is much more accurate than a traditional BMI test (Body Mass Index) because a BMI test has limitations. For instance, it can’t measure if changes to weight  result from added fat or muscle. As you can probably guess, there’s a big difference between fat and muscle.

The Inbody Test® goes beyond a traditional scale by providing a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water. It’s a non-invasive body-composition analysis that takes less than 60 seconds. You’ll get your results on an easy-to-understand InBody Result Sheet.

As a result, no more pinching and no more dunking. It’s fast, easy, and accurate. Moreover, it provides you with objective measurements to evaluate your current body composition and also gives you the ability to monitor the success of ongoing nutritional intervention.

The InBody scan will allow our certified nutrition coaches to:
  • Determine your baseline body composition and link that to nutrition guidelines that fit YOUR needs
  • Assess your Basal Metabolic Rate to create more targeted and effective nutrition programs
  • Track changes over time to ensure progress and success
  • Help you get results you can trust so you reach your health and fitness goals with precision and actionable objectives
