With over 35 years in the fitness industry, Charles brings unmatched experience and dedication to every training session. He’s worked with elite athletes including NFL wide receiver Sammy Watkins during his time with the Buffalo Bills and MLB player Aubrey Huff of the San Francisco Giants. Charles has helped top-tier athletes, and countless others, improve performance, stay disciplined in the off-season, and train with purpose year-round.
